Our History
We all know nothing beats good old fried chicken. One day, I found out that my children and my wife were having a fried chicken, and they were removing the chicken batter. And I realized that there are many people who dislike the thick batter from fried chicken.
Although there are various types of fried chicken, it came to my mind that it would be great if we can have fried chicken that has much thinner batter with crispy texture of original chicken while keeping it juicy and delicious, not to mention the affordable price. That’s how Ttobongee Chicken was born.
One of the key factors while developing Ttobongee Chicken is the taste of the old fried chicken that our parents used to enjoy—A Chicken fried in a cauldron, so the oil was completely removed while the chewy texture and the savory flavor were perfectly preserved.
Most of our customers told us that Ttobongee Chicken reminds them of the good old days where their fathers used to bring the whole fried chicken on their way home from work.
